Terms and Conditions

Atmospheric conditions such as temperature and humidity can vary and may affect curtains when hung, therefore we cannot accept responsibility for movement or the general apperance of curtains or roman blinds when hung in situ.

Fabrics are not guaranteed against colour fading.

For ALL made to measure products we recommend you clean with a light vacuumn or brush. We can not accept responsibility for ANY changes whatsoever that occur or damage caused to the fabrics due to cleaning by any other method, including dry cleaning.

By accepting an estimate and upon making a 30% initial payment, all goods will be ordered and you will be placed in the workroom schedule. The balance payment will be due upon completion. All soft furnishings remain the property of Joys Curtains/ Joys Sewing until payment in full has been recieved.

Colour Matching

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that colours correspond closely to those illustrated in our fabric sample books, we cannot guarantee to match samples exactly.

If an exact colour match is required please request a stock-cutting for approval.
